Gary Bartlett is a multi-species angler and professional guide specializing in muskie fishing. He is a licensed U.S. Coast Guard
Captain and has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin.

Gary fishes the Canadian waters of Lake of the Woods from the Northwest Angle, catch and release only. He has been fishing the Northwest Angle Area since 1990 for both walleye and muskie, specializing in muskies since 1994. Gary belongs to the Minnesota Muskie Guides Association, the Northwest Angle Chamber of Commerce Guides Association, and is a member of Muskies, Inc.

Gary is on the pro-staff of Staples Sports where he promotes Lund Boats, Mercury Motors and gives fishing seminars. Education, information, and instruction are the cornerstone of his speaking engagements and guiding techniques.

A day on Lake of the Woods with Gary, aboard his 2025 Lund ProV powered by the Mercury Verado 250hp 4 stroke includes everything you will need for a day of muskie fishing. Clients need only bring their fishing license and a lunch.

An obsession for muskie fishing as well as concern for the resource prompted Gary to become a muskie guide.
